Princess Cadence and Shining Armor

OH MY DEAR GOD was HE the hardest blippin duckie. 

Seriously, how can a blue scale pony be so hard to match? I had such a difficult time getting the line art for him and then the right colors??? I reached a point where I just gave the frick up. 

Cadence was actually really easy to do and I've gotten a rhythm going on the girly duckies.

I was originally going to do a mock up of the castle, but that became too difficult, then I was going to do the empire, but that was nasty... I started googling and this came up. I asked permission, and away I go. I normally try to use my own design, but this was PERFECT. 

I wanted to do a duo, and at first I was going to do a wedding, but I decided that if I come back to these two, I WILL do a wedding, but not this time. 

The chalice in the center was my own design and took some figuring out and it still isn't QUITE what I had in mind, but I rather like it. 


I am so sick of trying to deal with DeviantArt's stupid hashtags that I'm just not going to bother any more.
